What I did: Assessed inconsistencies across learning materials and identified a need for a more scalable, user-friendly solution. Designed a modular system that included ~10 InDesign starter templates, a Creative Cloud Library for seasoned designers, and an interactive Rise guide to support implementation. Templates were categorized by type (static, hybrid, interactive) and paired with built-in accessibility, formatting, and brand guardrails. Also created a centralized SharePoint hub for storing and distributing editable files and documentation.
Why it mattered: The system enabled internal teams and external vendors to produce consistent, accessible learning assets—without requiring direct design support at every stage. It improved speed to market, reduced onboarding time, and became a model for visual standardization across additional portfolios.
